Adaptive steering: Using machine learning, IPN dynamically clusters subscribers by usage behavior and applies differentiated steering policies, continuously adapting to evolving subscriber needs and network conditions.

Anomaly detection: AI detects network congestion, degradation, and outages by scoring network QoS performance across key GRQ metrics, enabling smarter steering decisions and improved subscriber experience.
